As the future of freight continues to shift towards zero emission, Forum Mobility is building the solutions to make it easy to transition your fleet to electric. In December, we opened FM Harbor in the Port of Long Beach — the largest port-based electric truck charging depot in the world. We are adding new depots, optimizing operations, upgrading technology and building new financial programs to help. Whether your fleet consists of one truck or hundreds, our comprehensive solutions and innovative programs deliver reliability, affordability, and peace of mind.

Keeping Your Fleet Charged and Ready
Forum Mobility designs, constructs, and operates electric truck charging depots — designed for drayage — in ports and on routes to common freight destinations.
Our depots are more than just a place to plug in—they’re comprehensive service hubs designed specifically with fleet needs in mind. We have on-site support staff, a key feature that makes all the difference in delivering a reliable charging experience. Secure access and rigorously vetted equipment correlate to reliable charging, minimizing downtime, and maximizing productivity. Drivers appreciate the amenities like personal vehicle parking, restrooms, and refreshment options, ensuring comfort and convenience every time they charge.
With our advanced remote monitoring and charge management software, fleet managers gain insights and control over charging schedules and vehicle performance. We work with you to maximize operational efficiency and minimize your charging costs.
Forum Mobility has a relentless focus on customer service and satisfaction – our goal is to take care of all the electric details so that you can stay focused on your core freight operations.

Flexible Charging Plans Built for Your Fleet
Forum Mobility offers flexible subscription plans designed specifically to match diverse operational needs. Choose from exclusive 24/7 charger access, daily scheduled charging windows, or opportunity-based fast-pass subscriptions for quick, convenient on-route charging.
Depot Locations Expanding to Meet Your Needs
We are expanding our network of strategically placed depots across key freight corridors. In Southern California, our FM Harbor depot in the Port of Long Beach opened in December; we currently have six customer fleets based there and are accepting reservations for more. 7,000 trucks enter the port daily, but only a few can charge next to the terminals. We have additional facilities in development from Rancho Dominguez to the Inland Empire to support a comprehensive network of freight delivery.
In Northern California, we recently announced FM Adeline, a depot under development in the Port of Oakland. Conveniently located in the Roundhouse, it features 26 high-speed charging ports with 4 pull-through lanes.
FM Adeline is also supported by a unique program to provide incentives for electric trucks. The Port of Oakland won a $322 million Clean Ports grant to modernize and upgrade technology; Forum Mobility is a sub-awardee and will administer the Market Acceleration Program (MAP), a $40 million effort to provide incentives for zero-emission trucks to drayage fleets serving the port. MAP will provide up to $200,000 per truck, stackable with other incentive programs.
We are also developing sites in Livermore and the Central Valley to complete a full network of freight delivery support.
Next up are additional state networks, with a Washington expansion imminent.
While we focus principally on drayage networks, Forum Mobility will build infrastructure charging to suit customer needs. If you have a specific lane in mind, our team is ready to discuss how our solutions can meet your fleet’s needs.

Financing and TCO Parity
We are good at building world-class charging depots. We aim to provide a comprehensive solution, from truck to charging, that allows you to compete favorably with diesel. That’s why Forum Mobility is working with partners to offer Class 8 electric truck leases at the most competitive rates in the market.
There are still active incentive programs offering substantial funding, and new funding programs are in development and will launch soon in California and Washington (and Forum Mobility’s Market Acceleration Program is imminent for fleets serving the Port of Oakland). These programs are designed to close the cost gap for carriers and make zero-emission solutions accessible to carriers of all sizes.
In many cases, we can get you in a leasing program for as low as $1800 per month for a Class 8 electric truck. In combination with a charging plan based at one of our charging depots, we can help you lower your cost per mile while gaining new customers with the growing number of BCOs that preferentially contract with zero-emission carriers.

Customer Demand for Zero Emission Trucks
It’s not only policymakers pushing for zero-emission freight. Shippers and warehouses are increasingly entering contracts with carriers that can provide zero-emission solutions.
Leading solar companies are partnering with electric truck fleets to deliver zero-emission solutions. Through a collaborative effort, Forum Mobility, Nextracker, and Hight Logistics transported solar equipment for the Green River Energy Center in Emery County, Utah.
Between August 2024 and January 2025, 453 of the project’s 755 shipping containers (60%) traveled from the Port of Long Beach to Hight Logistics’ transloading facility using Forum Mobility’s Class 8 charging solutions. Throughout the project’s duration, 524 containers collectively covered 12,584 miles without emissions, avoiding the use of 2,288 gallons of diesel and reducing emissions by 37,000 KgCO2.
Developed by rPlus Energies and constructed by Sundt, Green River stands as Utah’s largest solar-plus-storage facility, integrating 400 MW of solar capacity with 1,600 MWh of battery storage. Partnering with zero-emission trucks to deliver their zero-emission electricity–generating equipment, which will ultimately charge the trucks, is a virtuous cycle.
These partnerships demonstrate the viability and measurable benefits of zero-emissions freight, enabling precise Scope 3 emissions reporting that benefits solar developers and their customers. Read the full case study here.
Lime Scooters, as another example, has committed to 100% zero emission drayage.
As electric truck costs come down and infrastructure availability grows, this trend of BCO preferentially contracting with zero emission fleets will continue to grow.
And in Southern California, the WAIRE (Warehouse Actions and Investments to Reduce Emissions) Program offers significant financial incentives for warehouse operators who prioritize deliveries by electric vehicles. For warehouses subject to this rule, each delivery by an electric truck could save $150 in fees — giving a strong financial advantage to electric fleets looking to win that business.
