The Advanced Clean Transportation (ACT) Expo team and its supporting partner, the Propane Education and Research Council (PERC), has opened nominations for the prestigious ACT Expo Fleet Awards, which will be presented — live — at the 2021 ACT Expo from August 30 to September 2 at the Long Beach Convention Center.
The ACT Expo Fleet Awards recognize fleets that show true leadership in transportation and sustainability.
The awards were established to recognize fleets that show true leadership in transportation — going above and beyond the rest to achieve sustainability in their operations. This exclusive group and their aggressive emission reduction efforts are part of a growing, industry-wide adoption of new, cleaner technologies and practices.
New to this year’s slate of awards are the Leading Off-Road Fleet and Leading School Fleet categories. Fleets leading in sustainable off-road equipment and vehicles, including ports, warehouses, agriculture, mining, construction, and other off-road applications, as well as innovative school districts and school bus operators, will now be eligible for nomination.
