Todd Campbell has been at the forefront of strategic transportation and environmental public policy initiatives at the state and national level for over 19 years. As chairman of the California Natural Gas Vehicle Partnership, he has worked with industry stakeholders to help deliver the promise of clean transportation by promoting the research and development, demonstration and deployment, accessibility and commercializing, and legislative support for natural gas vehicles.
Todd is also the chair of the Coalition for Clean Air where he has worked to improve urban air pollution by promoting clean fuel solutions within the goods movement, transit, refuse and school bus sectors. At Clean Energy, he is a key architect in promoting federal, state, and local transportation strategies that help reduce overall operational costs while meeting tightening federal and state regulatory criteria for air and greenhouse gas emission standards.
