Stephanie Ly is Senior Manager, eMobility Strategy and Manufacturing Engagement, at WRI Ross Center for Sustainable Cities, who leads manufacturing and supply chain work under the Electric School Bus Initiative. She also manages the WRI NDC Transport Initiative for Asia, which focuses on decarbonizing transportation in China, India, and Vietnam.
