Sarah Reed is a program manager at the Electrification Coalition. She is responsible for managing the EC’s Climate Mayors Electric Vehicle Purchasing Collaborative. The Collaborative assists public fleets in their transition to electric vehicles by lowering the upfront costs, streamlining procurement, and providing technical assistance. Sarah was previously a program coordinator for the National Association of Regional Councils (NARC) in Washington, DC, where she managed NARC’s largest federal grant, Fleets for the Future. She has a B.S. in Environmental Policy Analysis and Planning from the University of California, Davis.
