Former GNA Program Manager
As a former Program Manager at Gladstein, Neandross and Associates (GNA), Michael Terreri managed California’s largest zero-emission fleet incentive and technical assistance program, bringing insight to commercial medium and heavy-duty fleet outreach and project implementation. Michael also has past experience administering or supporting clean transportation market education and outreach, and incentive programs in New York, Tennessee, North Carolina and California. Michael is an active member of the NAFA Fleet Management Association and received a Master’s in Public Administration from the State University of New York College at Brockport.
