Heather is a Senior Director in TRC’s Energy Transition Solutions practice where she works with large energy users helping them with decarbonization, electrification and sustainability initiatives. Heather has 20 years of expertise in climate, sustainability, clean tech and energy policy. Prior to TRC, Heather oversaw customer and community engagement, customer care and public relations and marketing for MCE, a community-based clean energy agency. She has also held a variety of senior roles in cleantech companies and sustainability consulting firms leading business development and marketing to accelerate the adoption of renewable energy, transportation and building electrification technologies as well as energy storage. Heather holds a Masters in Public Policy and Strategy from University of California, San Diego and a B.A. in English Literature from Wesleyan University.
