Gil is a senior associate at GNA and is one of the main developers of Policy 360. He specializes in grant funding services, grant writing, and incentive support. With an education background in environmental economics, science, and policy, he works extensively with economic modeling and policy compliance. Legislative analysis and future policy modeling are services that Gil is currently developing for clients. Utilizing his experience with the U.S. Department of Commerce, Loyola’s Biodiesel Lab, and UN Environmental Programme, Gil seeks to create a more perfect union between policy makers and firms.
