Emma is a Senior Associate at GNA and helps lead the development and research for Policy 360. She has experience in policy analysis and business management, with expertise in clean energy technologies and transportation. She works with fleets and vehicle manufacturers to track and communicate the most pressing alternative fuel and zero-emission vehicle policies and regulations. She also supports fleets in understanding and staying within compliance of air quality and emissions standards. Through her work with GNA, Emma has become an expert in some of the leading rules and regulations supporting the transition to clean fuel technologies across the nation.
