Mr. Feinberg serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the nonprofit New Jersey Clean Cities Coalition which is New Jersey’s only state-wide entity focused exclusively on developing and implementing public/private partnerships to reduce the use of petroleum in the transportation sector. Mr. Feinberg is an established industry leader, and a frequent invited speaker in the alternative transportation fuels arena. In addition, he serves as a Managing Partner with the sustainability consulting firm Greener by Design. He is particularly active in the regional Port and freight-movement sectors. Among his many statewide and regional activities, he is a founding member of ChargEVC (New Jersey’s light duty electric vehicle coalition), and of the New Jersey Natural Gas Vehicle Work Group. He also serves as adviser to the New Jersey Propane Gas Association and the New Jersey Hydrogen Fuel Cell coalition. With a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Tufts University, Mr. Feinberg is also admitted to the Bar in both New York and New Jersey, having graduated from New York Law School.
