Hillary M. Rupert, Sr. Director, TRC, is an accomplished sustainability professional with over a decade of experience driving critical programs and contributing as a thought leader in sustainable systems. She is dedicated to creating climate solutions and has significant experience with proven results in navigating across the public and private sector to advance organizational objectives relating to environmental, social, and governance initiatives. She currently works with clients on grant funding opportunities, environmental compliance requirements, and is leading TRC’s emerging greenhouse gas and sustainability regulatory efforts. Ms. Rupert was recently recognized as a Top 50 Women Leader of Sacramento for 2024 by Women We Admire.
