Jaha McClean is a Senior Associate with an interdisciplinary background in biochemistry, international affairs, public policy, and teaching. She possesses laboratory research experience assisting with the synthesis of biofuels and helped to inform policy that strengthened scientific coordination efforts between the U.S. and other countries during her time at the U.S. Department of State. She continues to use this varied expertise at TRC to help clients deploy clean energy technologies.
