Rachel advocates environmental justice for people and nature. As a consulting professional and first-generation college graduate, Rachel realizes access to education is paramount to the green energy and transportation transition. Graduating summa cum laude with a BA in Sustainability from San Diego State University in 2021 and interning with Agua Hedionda Lagoon Foundation for invasive species mitigation and habitat restoration, Rachel understands balancing safe communities and modern necessities, such as clean transportation, must be prioritized. At GNA, Rachel continues to expand her knowledge portfolio regarding clean vehicle, infrastructure, and energy incentives, regulatory compliance, and alternative fuel market penetration to assist stakeholders achieve their sustainable transportation goals.
